Change Enablement

All upcoming and major changes are reviewed during the weekly Ops Meeting every Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 AM.

CAB

What is CAB?

  • CAB stands for Change Advisory Board. It is a key component of the change management process, responsible for reviewing and approving all major changes within the Office of Information Technologies (OIT). CAB ensures that proposed changes are carefully evaluated across various IT domains to minimize risk and ensure seamless implementation.

  • All major changes require CAB approval before proceeding. The board includes managerial representatives from across OIT, each contributing their expertise to the decision-making process. The CAB Chair, Chas Grundy, is responsible for reviewing all approvals and making the final decision on change implementation.

  • CAB meets weekly every Thursday, immediately following the Operations Meeting. đź—“
