MOR Leadership Programs

MOR is a leadership development and consulting firm that provides training programs and experiences across several industries, including higher education. IT colleagues across Notre Dame will recognize many of the tools and MOR maxims from these programs.

MOR Leaders Program

The MOR Leaders Program (MLP) is one of their flagship offerings to Notre Dame and involves a series of workshops held over the course of a year, typically in a combination of on-site and virtual sessions. On-site workshops take place at Universities around the country. Since 2019, Notre Dame has sent cohorts of IT staff to participate in this program. While the selection process has varied, the usual cohort process includes self-nominations and applications in December/January, followed by a review and final selection by the OIT Senior Leadership Team. If you are interested in this program, please discuss with your manager or SLT member.

MOR All Lead

The MOR All Lead was a program offered in 2022 to 60 Notre Dame staff from IT, finance, HR, and more. Sessions included on-site and virtual workshops and the program was designed to provide the same overview of leadership that the other programs do, but focused on foundational skills, such as facilitating meetings and influencing without authority. Notre Dame is evaluating this program for future cohorts.
