The extended OIT Contracts team did a phenomenal job to push a significant ServiceNow contract through the entire renewal process in less than a week. This put us back in compliance, and saved the University $200k, as we were able to negotiate a deal as long as it was signed, sealed and delivered by the end of September. Without the fantastic effort, we would have had to spend the same amount of money for a third of the licenses, and would have been quickly running into more compliance issues. Geoff crossed every t and dotted every i, and we actually got it done a day early. Andrea, Shannon, Leigh were all instrumental in moving this forward.
