I wanted to take a moment to shine a light on Marty. I accidentally connected a high-level health professional form to the wrong contact list on Nov. 2. I discovered my mistake yesterday, Nov. 15, from a student who needed help completing the required form. Marty dropped everything and immediately got on a Zoom call for hours yesterday.
Something we thought could be an easy fix created a minor issue we could not resolve yesterday evening. Marty created a chat item and even helped me talk to a Qualtrics Representative to resolve it. This morning, Marty and I jumped on another Zoom call, and we were able to fix the problem ourselves, which was so rewarding.
Marty, thank you for your kind words and for motivating me to stay focused. Your positivity was needed in such a highly stressful (to me) situation. Thank you for your time and overall support through this process. Thank you for being on my team and pushing me to continue improving our process in our department.
