Mariette joins OIT as Jane's new Advisor. Mariette has been at Notre Dame since 2017, having served as both the Facilities Assistant for Facilities, Design, and Operations and the Graduate Program Coordinator for the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry prior to joining OIT. Before coming to Notre Dame, Mariette worked in various roles in the medical field - first with a radiology group as the front office supervisor and for the next 16 years as a medical transcriptionist with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York.
Mariette has three lovely daughters. Madeline is currently in nursing school in San Diego, Abigail graduated from Indiana University in 2022 with a degree in Informatics, and the youngest, Hannah, is currently studying Media at Indiana University. Mariette and her husband Karl Quinn live in Chesterton, IN with their dogs Shanti and Cooper and in their free time, they enjoy pickleball, golf, yoga, and dinners in Chicago.
