Joe is consistently open to helping support not only me but those throughout the Notre Dame community in all of our IT needs. Not only has he been helpful with Time-Out for Tech and Taste of Technology, but he also helps support folks outside of that. I was a bit frustrated with my ability to use and understand Adobe Illustrator, and Joe didn't even hesitate to jump on a Zoom call with me (more than once) to walk me through some of the basics. He could have simply responded in an email with a few tips, but taking the time to walk me through my issue was awesome. Because of this, I am now able to make changes in Adobe Illustrator quickly which in turn helps me to support my project teams in a timely manner. I know that these small acts of kindness tend to go unnoticed in our busy day-to-day tasks so I wanted to make sure and take a moment to give him a shout out.
