Dylan is always very helpful and willing to jump in with any tech issue/question we have and stays the course until we are completely satisfied. He has proven to be very valuable in our onboarding and offboarding process. I appreciate how he makes himself available to assist with setting up computers or helping new hires get their Okta/NetID up and running. Dylan goes the extra mile, and it doesn't go unnoticed.
