Carmen Works was born and raised in South Bend, Indiana and graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management. She has three boys aged 18, 15, and 11. They keep her very busy with basketball, baseball, and football. Carmen enjoys shopping and cooking. She is a people person and loves to work with teams. Come say hi in the CIO suite.
