Bobbi's work on the Payment Fraud Protection & buyND+ Supplier Portal has been nothing less than spectacular. I am convinced that without her incredible BA/QA work this project would not be a success.
Bobbi took ownership of understanding procurement and account payable processes, she learned the PaymentWorks software and created amazing testing scenarios. In fact, I believe without Bobbi's work the project would still be trying to find itself and we would have frustrated campus partners instead of happy ones. Here is what one campus partner had to say:
"Bobbi was instrumental in helping the Finance Division implement PaymentWorks. She had an amazing ability to quickly understand our policies and procedures, map them out, and then brainstorm how we could achieve our goals and needs with the PaymentWorks implementation. She was a critical liaison between our department and the vendor's IT team because she understood both our needs and the technical side of it too. She often was the "translator" between us. Bobbi went above and beyond to help me with the User Acceptance Testing; I could not have done it without her!
