Team effort to troubleshoot post upgrade issue with deploying a new EMS desktop client that failed to work for select individuals utilizing the email function within EMS. Pete did not stop attempting to determine the root cause of the issue. Very unusual when Taylor logged into the appstream app with her credentials and then the login to EMS would fail to load an email report. The EMS application showed a server timeout, but with Jeff Critchlow's appstream credentials and Taylor logging into EMS, the email report worked fine.
Isaac's work to troubleshoot and verify the GPO was not an issue. Paul and Pete found an obscure and unusual appdata permission issue within Windows. Peter rebuilt the stack, and deployed it at 5:30 in the morning with the appdata permission issue resolved. Great job by all, phenomenal team effort to bring the issue to a close.
